Meeting papers
Our Board meetings are held in public (dates of meetings can be found on the shared calendar). Members of the public who wish to attend should report to the venue’s reception desk. Questions to the Board should be submitted in writing before the start of the meeting. Where an answer cannot be provided on the day a written response will be provided within 14 days.
Our Board papers are placed on this website seven days prior to meetings. Papers can also be viewed at the First Stop Reception, Town Hall, Pinstone Street, Sheffield. The reception is open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Thursday and 9.00am to 4.45pm on Friday and is closed on bank holidays.
Whilst the majority of the Board’s business is conducted in public, arrangements are in place for items to be identified as confidential. These items are usually marked* on the agenda. Members of the public may not be allowed to view reports that contain confidential information. The Board may also need to discuss these items in private. If this happens, members of the public will be asked to leave. Any private items on the agenda are normally left until last.
